Our 25,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant is strategically located in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, a suburb of Canada's third-largest city, Vancouver. Our location features excellent transportation to all points in Western North America with accessibility by seaport, rail, highway and airport.
Our facility is able to accommodate construction of the largest and heaviest of enclosures. By keeping all phases of production and manufacturing in-house, we are able to maintain complete quality control throughout the entire process. We design and build our own attenuators, and do our own painting in our heated paint shop. That means we can be flexible enough for changes at any point in production, if required, and can deliver packaged units when you need them.
The equipment and technologies we use are continuously upgraded to keep pace with the leading edge of manufacturing:
- Computer systems for design/drafting, estimating, manufacturing, inventory, labor and financials
- Programmable shearing and forming equipment
- Welding and fabrication areas complete with multiple overhead cranes
- 50' x 50' paint shop with filtration and heating systems
- Sandblasting and recovery unit
- Finishing and electrical assembly areas.
